The 3-days course will thoroughly cover strategic planning technique, work preparation, implementation and what the Maintenance Planner things to do. 5.Materials management system especially materials demand related to maintenance planning, including materials procurement, determining the minimum/maximum stock level in the inventory using ABC analysis and implementing the economic buffer stocks.
6.Calculating the Availability Factor, Peak Shaving Maintenance cost.
7.Standard terminology and objectives of planning and scheduling in line with the existing work load.
